2. Delivery Method and Timeline
We use standard courier delivery for non-branded balls, water bottles, bicycles, school bags, skipping ropes, and whistles. Estimated delivery is usually 3-5 business days after dispatch, subject to courier route, address accuracy, peak season, and external delays.
3. Product Handling During Delivery
Sports and lifestyle items should be checked on arrival for missing parts, visible damage, bottle condition, bicycle/accessory components, and product quantity before use.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch or upon request.
5. Address and Delivery Issues
Customers must provide complete delivery details. SUMMER COLLECTION (M) SDN. BHD. is not responsible for failed delivery or extra charges caused by incorrect customer-provided address information.
6. Delayed Parcels
